Your Property’s Energy Compass
Who we are.
Swindon EPCs is an independent, family-run practice headed by Oliver, an Elmhurst Energy accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. Since day one our goal has been straightforward: provide reliable, fully compliant EPCs with the personal service only a local firm can offer.
We combine up-to-date technical expertise with genuine customer care (clear explanations, flexible appointment times, and same-day certificates are standard). We work with homeowners, landlords, agents, and builders across Swindon and the nearby villages.
Every survey follows the latest government guidance, and we stay available afterwards to walk you through your rating and sensible upgrade options that could cut bills and boost comfort. In short, we are your friendly experts for energy compliance and advice.
What we offer.
Energy Performance Certificates
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates your property’s energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for ten years. It is a legal requirement whenever a property is built, sold, or rented in the UK. Beyond compliance, an EPC highlights ways to cut energy use, lower bills, and boost property value.
